Method of Payment - A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book a photo shoot. Deposit payment for the photo shoot shall be made through Green Dot or Paypal. The balance can be paid either through Green Dot or Paypal prior to the scheduled photo shoot or in cash on the day of the photo shoot. Deposit is due and payable before a booking is guaranteed.

Refund & Cancelation Policy - All deposits and balances are final, nonrefundable & nontransferable.

Model Release - MP requires a signed Model Release to be delivered prior to a scheduled photo shoot.

Watermarks - all MP final images are watermarked. Removal of watermarks is considered a contractual violation as stated in these terms and conditions.

Copyright - As the creator of the imagery, MP legally owns the copyright. Release of copyright can be purchased for an additional fee at the sole discretion of MP.

Liability - Client agrees to release MP of any liability regarding personal safety at any given location during photo shoots.

Confidentiality - All personal information and details of photo shoots are held in strict confidentiality.

Details - Blurring of photos and removal of tattoos are not included in MP photo packages but may be purchased separately. Final images include basic retouching in all MP photo packages. Advanced retouching is available for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis. MP does not provide prints.
